SheCanHeCan (formerly GenderHopes) was established in 2011 as a Monaco-based organisation.
A long-time advocate to end gender-based violence and discrimination, GenderHopes launched the first website www.monacosaysnotoviolence.org as well as a brochure that was distributed nationwide to inform and assist victims of domestic violence in Monaco.

Meet The Team
Vibeke Brask Thomsen, MA
Founder and Co-Director
Vibeke Brask Thomsen graduated with a Master in Public Policy and a Master of Arts in Russian and Eastern European Studies from the University of Michigan in 2006.
She then moved to Brussels where she worked at the International Security Information Service as Programme Officer on arms control, disarmament, gender and security and nuclear non-proliferation. In 2011, she returned to Monaco and founded GenderHopes which became SheCanHeCan in 2017.
Nastasia Clement
Treasurer
After a Master’s in Finance at ISC Paris Business School, Nastasia moved to Monaco to start her career at KPMG in audit. After a few years, she joined a private company as a Finance Manager dealing with accounting, finance, and audit.
She joined SheCanHeCan in May 2022 as a treasurer, she is looking forward to helping the association.

Laurence Dionigi-Lunati
Laurence holds a diploma in business and a DIU in Gender and Psychology Studies. She has worked in Spain, Chili, Turkey, Mexico, Gabon, France and Monaco in various sectors, including banking, hospitality, marketing and teaching.
Highly committed to the topic of equality and inclusion, she is an active member of the "Laboratoire de l'Egalité, the Women's Assembly, the Assembly for Francophone Women and SheCanHeCan.
As a journalist, she works with various medias and is member of the Press Union, section Monaco. She's also
a founder of the association HPI Multi-Intelligences.
Kasey Robinson BA (Hons) MSc is a Project Manager at SheCanHeCan. Originally from the UK she has also lived and worked in the US, France and Monaco. She has a Masters degree in Gender from The London School of Economics and Political Science and over the years has worked with a number of companies and organisations.
She works with SCHC as a specialist Inclusion and Equity and Diversity Facilitator and Consultant. Kasey will be project lead on SCHC's ongoing Inclusion and Diversity workshops and projects in companies and schools and on our new Monarègles initiative. In her spare time, Kasey runs a page on Instagram called Proud of my Period.
