In 2022, SheCanHeCan in partnership with the Association Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises of Monaco and the Committee for Women's Rights, organised the first-ever Speed Mentoring sessions to mark International Women's Rights Day. 

The Speed Mentoring event gave young girls aged 13 to 18 the opportunity to meet with female entrepreneurs from a range of professional backgrounds. The objective of the event was to give the girls the chance to meet with women who can encourage, support and empower them as they progress in their studies towards a future (perhaps similar) career path. The girls were given the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about how their studies will best impact their career choices and got insight into both the challenges and successes of professional life.
